Would you like to return your product?
We understand that you may need to return a product to us for various reasons. Here are some details on our return policy
- • Made-to-order items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for made-to-order items unless they are reported as damaged on delivery. Please ensure that you inspect your products as soon as possible for any damage or defects. If any are found, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence of the product and packaging is required to secure a replacement or refund.
- • Stock items: If you wish to return a stock item, please note that the return is at your expense. Please contact us before returning the product, and we will provide you with the necessay information. Please note that an admin fee may apply.
- • Sample items: Samples are non-returnable.
Have you received a damaged/faulty product?
We always try our best to ensure that you receive your products in the best possible condition. However, sometimes parcels can be damaged in transit through no fault of our own. To help us ensure the best possible outcome, we recommend inspecting your packages upon arrival. If there is any damage to the packaging this will need to be noted when signing. We also advise to check products as soon as possible for any damage or defects. If any are found, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery by email or phone. Would you like to cancel your order?
If you have changed your mind after making a purchase, don’t worry, you can cancel your order as long as you contact us within 24 hours of placing it. To do so please call us on 01924 938 911 or email [email protected] so that we’re able to put all the necessary steps in place to cancel the order and refund you if necessary.
